Your storytelling is getting stronger and stronger with each piece of this. I'm utterly drawn into this grittier version of the happy-go-lucky caper show we see on TV. For me -- and this might sound a little weird because I certainly don't want to dis any writer that *has* written frolicky threesome fic -- but I loved how you turned that trope on its head. One minute, El and Peter and Neal are all there, complete with flirty anticipation. And if you excised that piece of the story, it could easily lead to yet another "let's bring Neal into our bed" story. But that isn't the story you're telling, so that absolutely couldn't happen. And what did happen was awesome.
