This one specifically is gorgeous. This line: Beautiful and brilliant and bouncing around New York like a blown glass ornament in a pinball machine. - love it. And I quite like the idea that Neal isn't quite so on top of things as he seems. I started out wanting to read things where Neal fucks up on a job, and that overwhelming cocky brilliance doesn't actually get him out of trouble, or Peter doesn't show up as quickly as he usually does (that want goes back to S1 with the bit where Neal's drugged up and on a gurney, nom). But I *love* how you're writing Peter/Neal and including El as well, because she's SO fab.
