You two are LOVELY! I couldn't actually find a picture of the one I was thinking of, and I can't remember where I first saw it (some porn somewhere...).
The one I saw looked a bit like this, in that it was smooth, covered the entire bottom half of the head (w/ slits so the sub could breath through their nose). I think it was PVC/latex, and had a zipper all down the back - this one goes further down, b/c it's a posture collar, but also, it is pretty:
