1) Waldorph's Illogical Series: http://archiveofourown.org/series/635 This is 23 separate stories about an AU Jim/Spock. Each from a different POV. Some of them are gut wrenching, all are well written.
2) Angelbaby1: Atlas. http://www.fanfiction.net/s/5344838/1/Atlas This sucker is long, long, long. It is completely over the top, completely au and Jim is superhuman in his ability to overcome any obstacle. It's also engaging, plotty and full of Jim whump. Sort of like binging on cheap chocolate. I love it.
